Why a local service area matters
Travel time is the hidden variable in home care reliability. A provider that spreads staff too thin across a large metro will eventually stack a schedule that cannot be driven, and the person waiting at the end of that route is the one who gets a short visit or no visit.
We only take on a referral when we can staff it honestly. If you are at the far edge of the metro or just outside it, we would rather tell you that up front than accept the referral and deliver unreliable care.
